Our Achievements

Since our formation in 1988 our most important achievement is the provision of over 1,100 homes for the benefit of our customers. We are also pleased to hold the following accreditations:

  • Customer Service Excellence (CSE)

We first achieved the Customer Service Excellence Award in February 2010 following the replacement of the Charter Mark Award for excellent customer service, which we held since 1999.  We have been reaccredited with the Award annually since 2010.

  • Investors in People (IIP)

Sadeh Lok also achieved Investors in People status in 1999 in recognition of the organisation’s commitment to the development of its employees.  Sadeh Lok has successfully retained this award following further inspections in 2002, 2005, 2010, 2013 and 2016.  Since 2013  we  hold Gold level accreditation.

  • The Mindful Employer

This symbol is displayed by employers who have signed the Mindful Employer Charter who wish to improve the working lives of their staff and willing to work towards better mental health practice.  For more information please click here
